All library slots dismounted after library initialization
After the library is initialized, all of the library slots indicate Dismounted.
If this situation occurs, consider the following:
- Check to see if the library door is open. Check the Arcserve Backup activity log for any error message.
- The library may be full. The maximum number of media that a library can hold is equal to the number of library slots. If the library magazine is completely filled with media, make sure that the library drives do not contain media.
- This may be a hardware problem.
